These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vepix Player application and website (the “Service”), operated by Atlas Visibility LLC (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Vepix Player is a video player application. It is delivered without any content and does not provide, host, sell, recommend or distribute any channels, playlists, subscriptions, streams or other media. We have no affiliation with any content provider. You are solely responsible for the media you add and must only use content you own or are legally authorized to access. We do not endorse the playback of copyrighted material without the rights holder’s permission.
What you buy is a software licence for the Vepix Player application. It does not include any content. A licence activates the Service on one device, identified by its MAC address and device key. Licences are personal, non-transferable except as described by our support, and may not be resold. A 1-year licence is valid for 12 months from activation; a lifetime licence is valid for the lifetime of the Service on that device.
New devices may receive a free trial. We may change or end trials at any time.
Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for all orders and handles payments, taxes and invoices. Prices are shown in USD before taxes.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose, including accessing content that infringes copyright or other rights. We may suspend or terminate licences used in violation of these terms, without refund.
We respect intellectual property rights. Vepix Player hosts no media; if you believe the Service is being used to infringe your rights, send a notice to support@vepix-player.com with the details of the work and the device concerned, and we will act on it, including by terminating the licences of repeat infringers.
Any website or person offering content, playlists or subscriptions under the Vepix Player name is not affiliated with us.
We work to keep the Service available and improve it, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may update features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Visibility LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any content you access with the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
