We want you to be happy with Vepix Player. Every new device can use the free trial before buying, so you can check that the app works on your device.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the app does not work on your device. Contact support@vepix-player.com with your order number and device MAC address. The licence is deactivated when the refund is issued.
Refunds are not available for problems with third-party media or playlists (for example a playlist that stops working), since Vepix Player does not provide any content, nor for licences terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service.
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
