Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Atlas Visibility LLC (“we”) collects when you use Vepix Player and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Device identifiers: a MAC-style device address and device key generated by the app, and the device platform, to manage your licence.
• Playlists you add: the playlist names and addresses you enter in your client area, stored encrypted so they can be sent to your device. We do not access or review the media they point to.
• Licence and order data: plan, activation and expiry dates. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; we never see your full card details.
• Support emails: the information you send us.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect what you watch. Your viewing history, favourites and settings stay on your device.

How we use data

To provide and activate the Service, deliver your playlists to your device, process orders, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We do not sell your data.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and hosting) and Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your licence is active and as required by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at support@vepix-player.com.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page.
